Negative Habits – Regression Can Help!
What are
Negative Habits? And how can Regression, or even
Hypnotherapy help them?
Negative
Habits can be anything that you do not like, that you do.
Whether you do them consciously, or subconsciously.
They can
range from Nail Biting, Smoking, Drinking, picking or
pulling at things like hair, eyebrows, - the range is wide
here.
So, what
is Regression, and how can it help?
Regression is simply a term meaning - journey back in time.
The events could be in this lifetime, or a previous
lifetime. I use Regression with every client that comes for
Hypnotherapy, because in order to help resolve the issue
they have, we need to go back to the root cause of the
issue. So, using Hypnosis, we go back to the root cause of
the bad habit.
Only then
can issues be dealt with, and the client can move forward.
A wide
range of Hypnotherapists only use Suggestion Therapy, which
means putting suggestions to the subconscious mind. In most
cases, this is not enough for the issue to be resolved,
symptoms & feelings start to come back after a time.
There is
a place for Suggestion Therapy, but going back to the cause
of the issue needs to happen first, and then from that
moment, healing happens and the client is able to move
forward.
The
client also needs to be looked at as a whole - ie mentally,
emotionally and spiritually. All aspects of a person must be
looked at, including their life to see the repeating
patterns that have happened, thus manifesting in the
resulting Negative Habit.
This then
means that if the original habit has been resolved, it does
not transfer to a new habit - ie someone stops biting their
nails, but the feels and emotions then manifest in an excess
chocolate or coffee habit.
A person
needs to be looked at as a whole, Regression can then take
place going back to certain events and then with quick &
dynamic results with my sessions, they can move forward.
