Weight Loss
Someone wishes to lose weight, as they have an excess weight
problem. They over eat, comfort eat and perhaps have tried
everything else including all diets. Firstly
why do these patterns of behaviour happen? Why do they over
eat, and/or comfort eat? What makes them reward themselves
with food? They may or may not be conscious of this...
Using Regression, Karen takes the person back to the root
cause of why this repetitive behaviour occurs. What event happened in their life
to experience non-love? It
could be an event in this life, or a Past Life. Because from
this point onwards, the feeling of non love is now
manifesting in over eating and comfort eating.
Each individual is different of course, but we must also
look at the thoughts and feelings that they feel about
themselves. This results in a lack of self worth, and all
thoughts and feelings, experiences are held within the
cells of the body, and we must work to release these
thoughts and feelings. There will
also be issues of confidence and self esteem therefore it is not just a process of going into Hypnosis and making
suggestions to the sub conscious that the person will only
eat healthy foods. We must look at the deeper aspects of the
self, and work to release this person’s own self protection.
It is then not judging oneself for what has or is happening,
but to come at an acceptance of past events and to heal
that, and move forward.
