Regression Therapy  

             

Regression Therapy is an wonderful therapy and by using this therapy, it gets to the root cause of many issues or problems in a very gentle, effective and quick way.

 

Regression techniques have for decades been successfully used by Hypnotherapist's to assist clients in the retrieval of memories from their current life events. Regression is particularly useful when detailed past memories would be helpful but cannot be accessed by the conscious mind. The technique is well known for its success in assisting many people to overcome fears and phobias, for example. 

 

People who have had this therapy, often understand that many issues they have been experiencing have been caused by something happening to them in this life, or possibly even in a Past Life. By accessing the root cause using Regression Therapy, we can clear old blockages, and deal with issues such as relationship patterns, phobias, irrational fears, health problems etc. Regression Therapy is an extremely valuable form of healing.
