The Hypnosis for Childbirth programme takes place over 3 sessions that we do together. You are then given CD's from the sessions to aid you in the process leading up to the birth, as well as controlling the labour on the special day. Full instructions are also given to your midwife, ensuring that this is a wonderful, empowering experience for you. Allow yourself to be in control of your child's birth!
